We started Wonder Years after having several conversations and experiences with individuals who expressed a need for support in employment. We believe that every person has the right to employment if they choose. Together we can take the necessary steps forward in this movement to ensure that people with different abilities are included in the workplace.
Wonder Years, is a State vendor, focused on supported employment services for a neurodiverse population. We focus on Colorado-based companies with job opportunities for our clients, in addition to more traditional supported employment job sectors. Working to our client's strengths and prioritizing their needs and preferences, we strive for placement and long-term success in workplaces that may be new to integrating people with cognitive and developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or social/behavioral needs. We support both the individual and the workplace, with the aim of evolving company cultures and demonstrating the concrete benefits of workplace diversity.
